UPDATE

Dear Prayer Partners,
I talked with my sister Donna this morning and got an update on her son, Chad.
Donna was finally appointed as legal guardian so she can make decisions concerning Chad’s health care, Medicaid issues, and where Chad can reside. Now if she can just find somewhere closer to Independence that can help him.
Chad can now talk; however, he can’t remember what he says so he repeats himself a lot. He is able to feed himself. His leg muscles have atrophied and he is unable to walk. He depends on a wheelchair to get around. So, some improvement, but he will continue to need a lot of care and assistance from now on.
Give praise for the Lord helping Donna be granted guardianship and pray for direction about where Chad can receive the best care.
