Hi Ron,
I’m waiting for Ben while he’s in doing his last visit at PT. Thursday is his evaluation and Friday is a trip to Corpus to the surgeon for the 8wk check-up. He’s refusing to let me put on the dressed compression hose and no longer brings along his cane.🙄 Thanks to all for every 🙏🏻 prayer.

Richard Cunningham teaches the Sunday School class I attend. His wife called this morning reporting he is in the hospital with blood clots in his lungs. Richard has recently had shoulder surgery.

I received the following update from my sister in Texas concerning my brother-in-law’s hip surgery…

Please send a long out thanks to all the Prayer Partners for their support of Ben’s healing from the right hip replacement. He is doing wonderfully well and I can barely keep him from over doing. Forgets to take the cane and hates that I remember to put on the “TED” Stocking. Starting to do some cooking, too.😋 Sincere thanks to all and our sweet Jesus. Terry Kuehn

Please add some dear friends of ours to your prayer list, Fred & Shirley Merrell.
Fred has had a number of heart procedures over the years and recently has been having some problems of getting winded with very little effort.
He has been to his cardiologist for a stress test and several other tests, and they can’t find out what the problem is. Fred is scheduled for some additional tests on his pacemaker next Tuesday.
Please pray that our Lord will take care of Fred, through His miraculous touch, doctors, medication, or all of the above.

I think I’m doing better now after my hospital visit a couple weeks ago. Strength & energy slowly coming back. Thank you for the prayers and cards I received.

Prayer Partner Bud Gast asked us to add Gene Fleschute to our prayer list. Gene is a member of FBC, Blue Springs but hasn’t been able to attend for several years because he’s now at an assisted living facility. A few days ago Gene fell and broke his leg and has been in a lot of pain.

Here’s an update from our missionary friend, David Daniel. You will probably remember that several months ago David had a pretty severe case of COVID…
Brother Ron,
I have been in the Philippines over 5 months and continue to suffer a cough with phlegm. It gets better and then it gets worse. I have had X-rays several times and my lungs are clear, but the problem is in the bronchial tubes. I just started a third regiment of antibiotics and will add stem cells to this dosage to help.
If I don’t show significant improvement in a couple of weeks, I will have to return to America to seek better care. A hospital here would be a culture shock to many.
I’m asking for your prayers of healing so I can continue to do missionary work here as the fields are white for the harvest and so ready to receive salvation.
