UPDATE

Dear Prayer Partners,
It was a glorious week at Calvary and what a night last night was. Wednesday night is usually the churches outreach to children and teenagers who’s parents don’t attend church. Last night was the first time the children’s choir sang in church and all the parents were invited to listen. Over 40 kids came on the church bus and church vans and many parents brought their kids.
I gave a very simple explanation of salvation and invitation for people to accept Jesus… the altar was filled, pastor Randy was overwhelmed with folks to talk with, the altar was so full it was hard to walk between all the people kneeling.
Please continue to pray for Calvary Baptist Church as they proceed from here. This week was great, but revival is just beginning for their congregation!
God bless!

UPDATE

Dear Prayer Partners,

God has blessed and once again poured out His Spirit. I am truly humbled and blessed to have the privilege of proclaiming His precious Word.
Last night attendance was up a little and at invitation the altar was filled with people weeping, confessing, and repenting.
Because I am seeing this in church after church, I am more convinced than ever that Jesus is getting His bride ready to meet the Father. Time must be very short – I am praying more diligently for my family and friends who don’t know the Lord Jesus as their Savior.
Thanks again for your faithful prayers.

PRAYER REQUEST

Dear Prayer Partners,

This request comes from our missionary friend David Daniel…

Brother Ron,
My beloved best friend and fellow missionary Dan Dela Cruz’s wife Sherry has been diagnosed with cancer in her chest cavity.
Sherry is under going a test today placing dye into the area. An additional study of the biopsy has been sent to Mayo for further testing.
Dan and I have traveled to many countries sharing the gospel with many people resulting in leading many in salvation prayers to receive Jesus.
Please lift Dan and his wife Sherry up to the Lord as they go through this difficult time. Dan is claiming this will be treatable in Jesus name and seeking Him for healing through treatment. Missionary David

Dear Prayer Partners,
Things got off to a good start this morning at Calvary Baptist Church in Exeter, MO. One man prayed to receive Jesus and there were three people at the altar. Tonight there were another four people at the altar!
Calvary is a small rural church that is located about 5 miles from downtown Exeter. They average about 60 folks in attendance on Sunday mornings. Please pray that God will continue to bless this strong country fellowship of Believers.

UPDATE & PRAYER REQUEST

Dear Prayer Partners,

I’ve been away from internet for the past few days but I’m back in civilization!

UPDATE…
My friend who’s dad fell and broke his hip did not have cancer. Yesterday they repaired the hip and he should be released from the hospital in 3 to 4 days.

NEW REQUEST…
This comes from Lillie in Kirksville, MO…
Bro. Ron,
Approximately 4 months ago a healthy 65 year old wonderful lady named Annette contracted Guillain-Barre Syndrome and has received care in a hospital, a rehab facility, a nursing home; and she was able to return home yesterday. She requires total assistance for her daily living needs and doctors have told her and her husband that she will never be able to walk again. This is a difficult time for Annette and her husband. Prayers would very much be appreciated. Thank you so much.
Lillie

UPDATE & PRAYER REQUEST

Dear Prayer Partners,

A friend called me today and requested prayer for her dad because he fell and broke his hip. When he got to the hospital the doctor took x-rays and noticed some type of a mass. They transferred him from southern Missouri to Barnes hospital in St. Louis for biopsies to determine if it’s cancer. They have postponed fixing the hip until they have a clear picture of what is involved. She asked to remain anonymous in order to respect her dad’s privacy but said to thank you all for your prayers.

Pam Catrow is doing better and went today for another chemo treatment. I got to visit with her and she said the treatments really take a toll for a few days and she has several more to endure. She thanked everyone for their prayers.

UPDATE

Dear Prayer Partners,

Oh how I wish each and every one of you could have been at church tonight. It was truly an indescribable encounter with Jesus.
The words of a song keep running through my heart as I’m reflecting on another overflowing altar. It’s a song by a group named Selah and it’s titled, Wonderful, Merciful Savior.

Wonderful, merciful, savior,
Precious redeemer and friend,
Who would have thought that a lamb could
Rescue the souls of man,
Oh, you rescue the souls of man.

Counselor, comforter, keeper,
Spirit we long to embrace,
You offer hope when our hearts have
Hopelessly lost our way,
Oh we’ve hopelessly lost the way.

You are the one that we praise,
You are the one we adore.
You give the healing and grace our
Hearts always hunger for
Oh, our hearts always hunger for.

Wednesday night will be Youth Night and we are expecting a good number of teenagers to be there. Please pray that Jesus will open their hearts that many will give their lives to Him.
God bless my
friends!

UPDATE

Dear Prayer Partners,

God showed up tonight!!! It was such a blessing to see great attendance tonight and when the invitation was given the altar was full! And not just the altar, but folks were kneeling in the front pews, in the isles, and even some on the stairs leading up to the platform. People weeping because of sin and apathy. People crying out to God and asking Him to take total control of their lives.
I can hardly wait to see what might happen tomorrow night! Thanks for your prayers and keep it up!
