Dear Prayer Partners,
Cheryl and I had a great visit with Larry & Pat McCarty today. Larry is very weak and unable to get out of bed without help, but able to talk, feed himself, and still has his bright sense of humor. He now has a hospital bed in the living room and makes him much more comfortable.
He asked if we would continue to pray for his lung to completely heal. He still has a drain tube in his right lung. He said the tube is uncomfortable, but not painful.
He felt well enough that we celebrated Communion together and had a good time of prayer.
We’ve had Larry on the prayer list for a long time now. Thank you for your continued prayer and concern for he and Pat.
